Deeply cognition and comprehensive operation on successful management of Longan orchard

Abstract

The Longan industry in China has suffered from unstable yield,limited market channels,low price of fresh fruit and declining benefit.It pointed out that knowledge of selecting good variety,characteristics of growth and fruit bearing,key cultivation techniques,and relationship between input and output should be reviewed.In order to successfully operate a Longan orchard to achieve benefit,the following measures should be taken: making good use of land,water,climate,capital,labor and technology resources;comprehensively managing the market factors such as the difference of time and price,product quality,the processing of fruit products,and being honest and credible in the business.
