Preparation of Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To prepare Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets.METHODS Taken the disintegration time as a target,to optimize the prescription craft of dispersible tablets by orthogonal experiment design,determined its in vitro dissolution rate and inspected the preliminary stability.RESULTS The best formula was as follow: principal agent was 35%,microcrystalline cellulose was 25%,sodium carboxymethyl starch was 8%,lactose was 10% and manicol was 20%.disintegration time was 97.8s.CONCLUSION The preparation had a good stability and the disintegration was uniformity.
