Abstract

Ce0.6Zr0.35Pr0.05O2 nano solid solution was prepared by co-precipitation method, and the crystal phase structure, partical size, reduction properties and thermal-stability of sample were characterized by TG-DTA-DTG, XRD, TEM and H2-TPR. The resluts show that Ce0.6Zr0.35Pr0.05O2 nanosolid solution is cubic crystal phase, the crystal phase structure of samples is stability at high temperature. The average particle size of powder is about 10nm. Compared with Ce0.6Zr0.4O2, the Pr addition is beneficial to promote the reduction and thermal-stability of solid solution.
