Pharmacodynamic Study of Jindan Pian extract

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the analgesic,anti-inflammatory and cholagogic effect of Jindan Pian extract to mice.METHODS By using model of turning of trunk,the pain releasing effect of Jindan Pian extract was evaluated.The experiments about anti-inflammation and cholagogic action of Jindan Pian extract.RESULTS Animal experiment showed that this kind of extract had obvious inhibitory actions on swelling of auricular concha of mice induced by dimethylbenzene.It also had a remarkable inhibition on both torsion response of mice induced by acetic acid.It can increase bile current capacity.CONCLUSION Jindan Pian extract could release the pain,suppress the inflammation and increase bile current capacity.
