Abstract

The effect of different cellulating agents in the form of reprocessed Claus catalyst, gypsum, and coke on the physical and technical characteristics and permeability of alumina filtering ceramics based on aluminum oxide melted in a solar furnace and phosphate binding agents is studied. Samples with high permeability that are nearly monostructural with regard to the transport pore size distribution are produced.
