Abstract

The variability of energy produced by solar photovoltaic modules (SPVMs), which are formable from nanoheterostructural solar elements based on GaAs, is numerically estimated. The estimation was carried out based on the accepted model of diurnal and annual variability of atmospheric mass taking into account temporal variation of solar radiation intensity. The average duration of SPVM operation under mean cloudiness conditions and under a clear sky is also estimated.
