Preliminary Research on Explant Selection of Spathiphyllum floribundum

Abstract

Using stem segment,foliage,leaf stalk and inflorescence of Spathiphyllum floribundum as explant respectively,tissue culture and rapid clone propagation were tested on the same hormone and concentration's combination of MS culture medium.The results showed that when in the same concentration's culture medium inflorescences could induce multiple buds and grow into whole plants most easily.
