Abstract

It carried out simulation of residual stress neutron diffractometer experiment using Monte Carlo neutron ray-tracing program SIMRES.Firstly,neutron intensities recorded by detector for V-5Cr-5Ti alloy and α-Fe sample were compared.Then,α-Fe plate under no stress condition was scanned throughout and anomalous angular shift curve of partial fillings and full fillings was obtained.
