Abstract
Reasons and factors influencing negatively on an enterprise environment, are considered. For its further favorable development it is offered to use the marketing concept of goods on the basis of multilevel integrated and multiattributive models. The multiattributive model of information support provided by municipality is formed. The score estimation of the service depending on a business kind is carried out.
