Abstract

Take Lonicera caerulea axillary's bud as material,the medium of differentiation and proliferation was MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/+GA30.5mg/L,proliferation multiples was 6.94 times.The best rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L.
