Abstract

We investigated characteristics of synthesis of nitrides and oxynitrides during combustion of disperse powders of aluminum in air in radiant heating furnaces. Processes of the formation of oxynitride ceramics in the Al2O3-AlN-Al3O3N system are considered. Solid microporous samples with a pore size of 1–2 μm was made.
