Study on Variation of Volatile Oil of Melaleuca during the Course of Cultivation from Cutting Seedlings

Abstract

During the course of cultivation from cutting seedlings,the volatile oil of Melaleuca was extracted by volatile oil extractor and its relative contents of terpinen-4-ol and 1,8-cineole were analyzed by GC.The results showed the volatile oil of Melaleuca maintained the primary quality and the property index still reach to ISO4730-2004 standard.
