Abstract

Methods of resonant interaction of electromagnetic waves and particles of ilmenite concentrate Fe2+TiO3 in microwave plasma fields are described. Method, technology and setup, while cake of modified ilmenite with coagulated titanium and iron splices was obtained, was elaborated. Modified ilmenite splice was separated on magnetic and non-magnetic fractions. Ultra-grain dispersion powder of pigment titanium dioxide was produced from non-magnetic fraction by simple operations. According to SEM data initial sample had fineness of grain (2÷3) mm; modified (200÷400) nm.
