Screening of Cellulose Producer Strains and Optimization of the Conditions for Cellulose Production

Abstract

[Objective] To screen strains producing cellulose and optimize the culture conditions. [Method]With Cellulose Gango Red Medium in screening,a high-yield cellulose strain was obtained. The culture conditions were optimized by comparing the CMCase on the kinds and ration of nitrogen source. [Result] N3 was isolated. The highest level of cellulose activity was induced in the medium containing organic nitrogenous( soybean cake) and inorganic nitrogen( ammonium sulfate) with the ration of 4∶ 2. The ratio of C to N is 5∶ 2. [Conclusion]N3 had a highly research value.
