A study on tissue culture and rapid propagation of blueberry ‘H34'

Abstract

In this paper,superior individuals selected from super blueberry‘H34'were used as study materials for explant induction,subculture,culture of rooting and transplanting. The results showed that the optimum medium for explant induction of blueberry‘H34'was: modified WPM + 6-BA 1. 0mg / L + NAA 0. 5mg / L. Proliferation medium was: the improved WPM + 6-BA 0. 1- 0. 2 mg / L + NAA 0. 05- 0. 1 mg / L. Rooting culture medium was: the improved WPM + ABT 0. 6 mg / L + IBA 0. 6 mg / L. The optimum transplanting matrix was humus soil,and the seedling survival rate in which reached 92. 06%.
