Isolated Culture and Establishment of a Rapid Propagation System for Sorbus aucuparia

Abstract

In this paper the leaves and axillary buds of Sorbus aucuparia were used as explants for induction tests and the axillary buds were used as explants for induction culture. The best culture media for induction culture,multiplication culture and rooting culture were screened out by orthogonal tests,and a asexual propagation system ofprimary culture- subculture- rooting culturewas established
