Surgical Treatment Via Transthoracic Apporach in Bochdelek Hernia in Older Age: Due To Two Cases

Abstract

In this study we present two patient who were treated due to Bochdalek Hernia. They admitted with dispnea and nonspesific gastrointestinal complaints. Right posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia was detected to first patient and left posterolateral diaphragmatic hernia was detected to second patient. Hernia reduction and primary defect repair were performed both of them via transthoracic apporach. All of their complaint recovered postoperatively. There were no mortality and mortality
