Dealing Centers in Foreign Exchange Market of Uzbekistan: Institutional or Innovative Participants
Abstract
Abstract: This research paper examines the institutional and innovative role of dealing centers within the foreign exchange market of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the evolution of the national currency market and evaluates the impact of dealing centers on financial stability and market liquidity. The study identifies key challenges associated with the current infrastructure of banking institutions and the regulatory environment. Special attention is paid to the risks of "shadow" activities and the lack of necessary infrastructure for commercial foreign exchange transactions. The paper provides strategic recommendations for expanding the range of banking services, improving the quality level of foreign exchange operations, and creating a more transparent and efficient financial sector in Uzbekistan. The findings suggest that integrating innovative approaches and strengthening the institutional framework of dealing centers are essential for the further development of the domestic currency market.
