Abstract
The authors explore the method and the system that is used for its implementation to determine thermal properties of building materials using microwave pulse heating of samples. The method involves microwave heating of the body under study, focused in a line at angle to the plane surface bounded in the heat of the body within a short period of time, control of the excess surface temperature of the object and calculation of the desired thermal characteristics obtained by mathematical ratios.
