Propogation Techniques by Stumping of Alstonia scholaris

Abstract

Through the application of propagation techniques by stumping of Alstonia scholaris,we could significantly short the breeding period of greening tree for Alstonia scholaris,obtain remarkable economic benefit.The following aspects were introduced in detail :selection and stumping of the mother trees,the processing of the trunk,plant and management. We hoped to promote the popularization and application of this good garden tree species by introduction of this breeding technique.
