Study on Somatic Embryogenesis of Corylus heterophylla×C. avellana
Abstract
Different culture medium,hormone type and concentration,and varieties of explant on hybrid hazelnut inductoon effects of direct and indirect somatic embryogenesis weve studied.The results indicated that the medium of MS was optimal medium for embryonic culture. The hormone hadn't significant different for direct induction on the hybrid hazelnut somatic embryos, can induce mature plants; Screened callus culture of hybrid hazelnut best culture for was MS + 6-BA2.0mg / L + NAA1.5mg / L; Optimal medium of embryonic callus was MS + 6-BA2.0mg / L + NAA1.5mg / L transferred to MS + 6-BA 5.0mg / L + NAA0.01 + GA3 0.5mg / L; Cotyledons as for explants induced the highest rate. The Long hazelnut was the highest species for embryonic callus induction.
