Research Best Carbon Nitrogen Ratio of Armillaria culture

Abstract

The growth characteristics of Armillaria mellea cord were studied by rhizomorph growth rate,morphology indicators rhizomorph optimum carbon and nitrogen material culture ratio optimization and screening. It was found that the optimum carbon nitrogen ratio Armillaria mellea medium as follows: 35∶1,the best training material formula is: sucrose 1%,flour 2%,wheat bran 20%,sawdust 75%,Plaster 2%.
