Обоснование нормативов качества атмосферного воздуха в городе

On the base of beliefs on air consumption parameter during of process emissions’ industrial enterprises dilution in air over city was proposed a new approach to justification of ambient air’s quality standard. As limiting value were accepted criteria of applicable cancerogenic and toxicological risks. For some special pollutants were calculated acceptable volumes of emissions for air basin of Krasnoyarsk-city. Obtained assessments are defined effective resource potential of city atmosphere.
