Development of wireless telecommunication systems with the use of technologies of cognitive radio

Abstract

Consider the relation between cognitive systems and telecommunications networks with different points of view and model cognitive info-communication system. Attention is focused on two things, first, to the functioning of the cognitive system of any kind requires the exchange of information provided by telecommunications networks, and secondly in telecommunication networks can be used cognitive systems and technology to dramatically improve the performance of information exchange processes.
