Abstract

The influence of ultrasonic irradiation (USI) on the load characteristics of the In–n +CdS–nCdS x Te1–x –pZnxCd1–x Te–Mo heterostructure was studied under different illuminance levels of monochromatic light (λ = 632.8 nm) and white light. It was established that the efficiency of the heterostructure increases under the increase in the laser irradiation power and under the action of ultrasound.
