Abstract
In the article attention is paid to the integration processes in the higher pedagogical education.It is shown that the teacher role in this process.Named forms of integration and cooperation of educational institutions at the current stage and the factors affecting the sustainable development of continuing education system.List some subsystems for the internationalization and the need for harmonization in education.It is noted that today a new technology based on individualization options are being developed in the country and contribute to the formation of the students' motivation for training.
