The article considers the main factors of the formation of labor resources in Uzbekistan. The analysis of demographic tendencies as the leading factor of formation of a manpower in the country is carried out.Keywords: population, labor resources, working age, demographic factor, demographic dividend, working pensioners and teenagers.
