The History Of Television Journalism In Uzbekistan
Abstract
This article highlights the history of the development of television journalism in Uzbekistan. Television in Uzbekistan began its activity on November 5, 1956 in the capital of the country — the city of Tashkent. After that, the activity of the TV channels in Khorezm was established in 1961, in Nukus — in 1964. Since that time, special attention has been paid to the training of personnel in the field of television journalism, in particular, the training of personnel in higher education institutions, the organization of master classes in the television itself, with the participation of experienced journalists and seminars attracting specialists from foreign companies and companies specializing in telecommunications. Also, the cooperation of the Uzbek television with foreign organizations is described in order to use modern technologies and mutual exchange of experience.
