The relationships of President and Government is the actual question around the world to which special attention is paid by both political scientists, and lawyers.As this subject is the important indicators as a form of governing in a country, procedure for formation and activity of public authorities' bodies, legal status of Government and its place in the power mechanism as well as legal status and powers of head of the state and head of Government.
