Abstract

Optimized QD-LEDs are fabricated using Ga–Mg-codoped ZnO NPs as ETL, which reached the LE<sub>max</sub> and PE<sub>max</sub> at 15.4 cd A<sup>−1</sup> and 10.3 lm W<sup>−1</sup>.
