Abstract
Recently, smart systems are widely used in a different field and that systems contain functions of sensing, actuation, and control in order to describe and analyze a situation, and make decisions based on the available data in a predictive or adaptive manner. In this article, implementation of smart system applications in agriculture, the sensor (TDR) and spatial (GNSS) type of soil moisture measurement, big data analysis in soil monitoring, using Global Land Services for monitoring soil water index changes by geoinformation model of territory are presented.
