Abstract
In the digital era integrating ICT technologies to Teaching, Learning and Assessment is important in developing learners’ 21st centuary skills. Thus, studying the issues of effective application of ICT tools and challanges in teaching, leraning and assessment can help educators in overcoming obstacles and successfully integrate ICT to education process. A quantitative research method was used to collect the data from university teachers in Uzbekistan. It is hoped that evidence on effective applications of ICT and challenges in integrating ICT to teaching and assessment will provide proper information for teachers to integrate modern technologies into education process.
