Abstract
In the study of patients with polycystic kidneys, genealogical, clinical-laboratory and morphological methods of investigation were conducted. When studying the anamnesis and data of relatives up to 60% hereditary complication of this pathology was noted. At what in newborns and children the transmission was recessive, in adults dominant with autosomal and monomeric gene. In the morphological study, glomerular cysts were observed in newborns and children under one year old, in adults tubular and excretory cysts formed from distal, proximal convoluted tubules and collecting tubes were observed.
