The Research Mathematical Model of the Three-impulse System of Automatic Control of steam Generator Water Supply on Load Relief
Abstract
The paper of a typical three-pulse automatic control system (ACS) of water supply to a steam generator is analyzed. A mathematical model has been developed for testing its operability for load shedding, which makes it possible to establish the maximum deviations of the water level without carrying out field tests, without adjusting the operating settings of technological protections according to the water level in the drum. The reasons for static control errors during the development of internal and external disturbances on the consumption of superheated steam in a typical ACS are determined. The relevance of modernization of a typical ACS for water supply to a steam generator is determined.
