Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the special role of the country's electric power industry in the reform of the Uzbek economy. Due to the fundamental change in the operating conditions of electric power industry enterprises, the development of processes of restructuring energy facilities, increasing the importance of ensuring the reliability and quality of energy supply to consumers and changing the dynamics of interconnections of the energy system with the branches of the national economy at the enterprises of the energy complex, it is advisable to develop taking into account the General scientific system methodology.
