Abstract
This study shows the activity of cytochrome oxidase in toxic lesions of the liver parenchyma. It has been found that when liver damage occurs at various periods of ischemia and obstructive jaundice, it leads to inhibition of cytochrome oxidase. A coefficient level was established corresponding to a certain amount of damaged (or intact) liver parenchyma.
