Abstract
The paper studies the comparative analyses for revealing linguistic isomorphism. It is stressed that defining dictionaries are used for conducting comparatives analyses. These dictionaries discover specific elements of a language in the semantic structure of zoonyms with the help of comparative analyses in various language systems. However figurative meanings of zoonyms are given partially in these dictionaries, that is why in order of more complete description of the structure of figurative nominations it is necessary to address directly to texts. Contextual analyses can discover many characterizing semes of zoonyms as in the English, so in the Uzbek languages.
