Abstract
This article examines the foundations of social development and the development ofscientific, philosophical and creative activity in Central Asia in the XIV and XV centuries. Itis emphasized that the reasons for this development are the result of Amir Temur's statesystem and his prudent policy. A. Temur's diplomatic relations between East and Westserved as the basis for the next period and prosperity.
