The Judicial System of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in the Context of Judicial Reform

Abstract

In conditions of reforming of the judiciary and construction of a lawful state the contents of concept ‘judiciary’ was considerably enriched and became wider. In clause has found the reflection modern understanding of the judiciary system of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the point of view on the basis of legislation and judicial reforms implemented in Uzbekistan.
