Abstract
Nowadays, tendencies of marriage and family relations in many foreign countries show that factual family relationships are also obtaining great importance along with official marriage between spouses. This fact, in consequence, is influencing on the couple’s rights to inherit. Rapid interstate integration and globalization make it necessary to improve the institute of spouses’ inheritance within inheritance law, that is characterized as a conservative sphere of law.
