Abstract
This article presents the views and opinions of participants in the criminal process, analysis of participants in the evidence established by Article 86 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the views of leading scientists. According to the analysis and research, today there are legal gaps in the rules of participants based on evidence, and reasonable proposals and recommendations of the author have been developed to address them.
