Abstract
The article summarizes information about the first international festival "Makom", about the Uzbek national musical heritage, as well as about the regulatory documents adopted for the development of the industry. They also analyzed materials about the traditions of status and the activities of status representatives that have formed over the centuries in different regions of the country.
