Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of automating the calculation of key performance indicators of university executives. The article considers indicators for evaluating the activities of teachers based on the electronic portfolio of pedagogical staff. A mathematical model and a generalized algorithm for calculating the KPI of pedagogical and executive staff are presented. As an example, the process of forming a report on the scientific and methodological activities of pedagogical staff is considered.
