AbstractIt is obvious that the goals of upbringing are inextricably linked with all general education subjects studied at a technical university. And one of the most important subjects that forms the moral character of a student, undoubtedly, is a foreign language. So, one of the important areas of implementation of the state educational standard is the educational component.
