LEGAL REGULATION OF WORKING TIME IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND THEIR PECULIARITIES

Abstract

This article examines the working time as an institution of labor law representing the separate acquisition of legal norms governing this area of public relations within the field of labor law. Considered centralized and contractual methods of legal regulation of working time, the relationship of which provides greater flexibility and dynamism of labor relations under modern economic conditions.
