Problems of Organization of Tourist Zones in Free Economic Zones of Bukhara
Abstract
The features of the development of the process of creating tourist zones in the free economic zones of Bukhara are described and analyzed. Free economic zones of Uzbekistan, their legal organization, narrow and broad analysis were carried out. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Free Economic Zones, a free economic zone is a specially designated area with clearly defined administrative boundaries and a separate legal regime, created to attract domestic and foreign capital, advanced technologies and management experience. for the rapid socio-economic development of the region. The order of requirements is being clarified. There are proposals to improve the process of creating tourist zones in the free economic zones of Bukhara.
