To study the laws of hydraulic parameters and flow state dynamics for different values of water consumption in this study on the basis of experimental studies. The method of extinguishing the kinetic energy of the flow over short distances in the field of strengthening of drainage structures and the change of flow velocities in the structure and the determination of the effective hydraulic regime of the flow developed along the length.\n\n
