Planning of multi-stage production systems with interchangeable equipment

Abstract

AbstractThe multi-stage tasks of scheduling the process of manufacturing complex products are considered. Optimization criteria take into account equipment changeovers, penalties for violations of the product manufacturing deadlines, and transaction costs. A general mathematical model is constructed, within the framework of which scheduling problems are posed and algorithms for their solution are proposed. The developed algorithms are implemented in interactive software for solving the problems under consideration.
