Abstract

AbstractIn this article it is spoken about the importance and necessity of the competence of modern pedagogue in the development of education system. Modern educational institutions need pedagogically competent specialists. One of the main requirements of the educational system today is the training of highly qualified personnel, this task is now directly entrusted to the teacher. The changes that are taking place in the modern education system are necessary to improve the qualifications and professionalism of the teacher, that is, his professional and pedagogical competence.
