Abstract
This article examines some of the shortcomings and problems encountered in the process of informatization of the medical field. The structure of the database was developed in the creation of medical information systems, and a system of online registration and monitoring of patients with diabetes was developed. This system is designed for hospitals and serves to prevent endocrine diseases, their early detection, registration and clinical care in the introduction of a healthy lifestyle in the population.
